Swaroop Dogra
Board Director

Swaroop Dogra was elected to the Board in 2016. He works as a Senior Program Manager with NetCracker (A wholly owned telecom solutions subsidiary of NEC, a $40bn Japanese corporation). He is alumni of ICD – Directors for NFP (not for profit) program, Rotman’s Executive leadership course in Managing Strategic Change, Rotman’s MBA essentials course and many more.
Swaroop has more than 30 years of multinational professional and volunteer experience in Executive leadership, PMO/Program/Project Management, software development, service delivery at large companies like Telus, Bell, Verizon, Bharti Airtel, Amdocs, Osram, UTI and 3 leading banks in India. He also volunteers as Director with VAM Board (Visual Arts Mississauga). Past volunteer positions include Director at Indus Community Services (2 years as Vice President), Director at PMI Lakeshore Chapter, member curriculum/program advisory committees at Humber and George Brown College etc.
Swaroop migrated to Canada from India and has been living in Mississauga, since 2001.
