Terri Neufeld
Supervisor, Client Services

Terri joined Peel Senior Link in 2020 as Supervisor, Client Services. Terri holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a diploma in Social Services, with a specialty in Gerontology. Prior to Peel Senior Link, Terri worked in the private sector for multinational healthcare companies, holding Business Development and Strategy management roles. Shifting gears to social services, she is passionate in helping Peel’s seniors navigate their later years; helping them live independently with care and support.
Recently, at Sheridan College where Terri was reskilling for her career shift, she worked as a research assistant on a project that provides curriculum to social service students to build cultural competence, specifically when working with immigrant women experiencing domestic violence. Terri was also her program’s peer mentor, providing academic support and helping international students navigate their college experience.
Terri is excited to support a Peel Senior Link site in the community in which she resides, South Mississauga. Her volunteerism efforts include providing supportive counselling to those struggling within her faith community and she is active in fundraising for charities that address issues of poverty and injustice.
In her spare time, she loves spending time with her husband and 3 teenage children, enjoying the outdoors, especially any sport related to water.
