Neville Madan is a visionary leader with over 25 years of international career in finance and supply chain. He has an impressive career portfolio with a multitude of successes leading corporations to exceed their revenue potential with strategic planning accompanied with outcome-based implementation.

Neville led multiple profitable joint ventures from concept to implementation by capitalizing on his extensive network of contacts and global market experience to initiate and negotiate with international partners in UK, USA, Italy, and China. For the past 8 years Neville is working for the Government of Ontario.

Neville’s has dual degrees in Commerce and Law. He is also a Certified Supply Chain Management Professional (CSCMP) and Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM).

Neville is a member of the Board appointed Finance and Audit Committee of the Supply Chain Canada, Ontario Institute and an instructor for their Supply Chain Management Program. He has been a guest speaker at Humber College and Conestoga College in Supply Chain programs.

Steve Moysey is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (B.Comm.) from the University of Toronto.

Steve’s extensive finance and administration career has spanned over 35 years and a variety of businesses, including construction materials with St. Lawrence Cement (Holcim), a major retailer with Kmart, as well as a major global supplier of integrated automated supply chain technology and software with Dematic (Siemens and KION).

During his 21-year career with Dematic, Steve held the position of Chief Financial Officer & Vice President Finance, and served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Canadian organization. As CFO, he was responsible for a variety of areas including Financial Reporting, Human Resources, Project Accounting, Treasury, Legal Agreements, IT, Taxation, and Audits. Steve also served as a member of KION’s Global Compliance Committee.

Steve enjoys being active in the community, and has volunteered with the Mississauga Hockey League, Peel Crime Stoppers, as well as the Mississauga Older Adult Expo and Ontario 55+ Senior Games.

Cathy Chernysh has over 30 years of experience in developing strategies and plans to support regulatory reviews and to advance public awareness initiatives.  She offers experience in research, stakeholder engagement, program development, public relations and performance assessment to advance the mandates of government agencies.  She has been recognized for influencing change in public behavior in the delivery of high-impact provincial and national safety campaigns.  Cathy is dedicated to using her skills and experience as a volunteer to support not-for-profit agencies in advancing the delivery of important community services.  In addition to Peel Senior Link, Cathy volunteers at Extendicare Mississauga and Chaired the Riverwood Conservancy Marketing Committee from 2012 to 2018 introducing an integrated marketing planning approach to strengthen the community’s connection with nature and the rich heritage of Mississauga.

A caregiver for a Mother with advanced Dementia, Cathy works to understand the impact this illness has on individuals and participates on the Family Council at her Mother’s residence.

Craig began his career at Spar Aerospace (now MDA), contributing to major defence and aerospace programs, including serving as lead engineer on Dextre, the maintenance robot aboard the International Space Station. He later advanced to Director of Engineering and Manufacturing.

In 1999, he joined CIMTEK Automation Systems as COO and VP of Applications Engineering, helping scale the company and secure major clients such as Microsoft, IBM, Segway, and DuPont before its successful sale in 2008. He then became COO at Delta M Inc., leading the launch of award-winning recyclable air filter products.

Craig joined ATS in 2010 as VP and General Manager, growing global business lines and working with clients including Apple, Bruce Power, and ZF Lenkesystem. He returned to MDA in 2012 to lead Robotics and Automation divisions across Canada, the U.S., and the U.K., expanding into nuclear, medical, and commercial space applications.

In 2016, he joined Hatch Ltd. as Partner and Managing Director, launching a Digital Products and Services business. Since retiring in 2021, Craig provides advisory services to organizations including Hatch Energy and Symboticware, and remains active in the community, volunteering as a coach with Erin Mills Soccer and a Beaver Colony and Cub Pack leader with Scouts Canada and actively fundraising for Sick Kids Foundation.

Swapnil has worked in healthcare for almost two decades and has held leadership positions in private, public, and academic healthcare settings. He has a strong background in achieving operational excellence by building high-performing, collaborative teams that work towards a common vision of enhancing client experience while delivering exceptional healthcare. Swapnil is also passionate about data storytelling and enabling innovative solutions that achieve efficiencies and challenge the status quo. He currently works as a Director of Commercial Excellence & Operations at BioScript Solutions, a provider of specialty pharmaceuticals and services across Canada.

Swapnil graduated from the University of Toronto with a Honours Bachelors degree in Science followed by a Masters of Science in Physiotherapy. He is also a Certified Health Executive with an MBA from the Schulich School of Business and Lean Six Sigma training. He has served in various capacities on non-profit boards and was recognized with the Young Leadership Award by the New Brunswick Physiotherapy Association. He is a regular speaker on the topics of leadership and health at several national conferences as well as non-profit organizations and universities.

Swapnil lives in Mississauga with his wife and three kids. He is an avid sportsman and enjoy playing squash & soccer both competitively and with his kids.
