The Family Caregiver & Client Advisory Panel (FCCAP) gives clients, families, and caregivers a meaningful voice in shaping and improving the care experience at Peel Senior Link. The panel provides guidance on service enhancements, client-centered care, and community engagement.

As a panel member, you will:

• Identify opportunities to improve care and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
• Provide input on how Peel Senior Link can better support clients, families, and caregivers
• Help strengthen programs such as Supports for Daily Living and social and wellness initiatives
• Promote collaboration between clients, families, caregivers, and staff
• Ensure diverse voices are represented in care decisions

We are looking for individuals who are:

• Passionate about improving the client and caregiver experience
• Able to think beyond personal experiences and consider broader community needs
• Open-minded and solution-oriented
• Comfortable sharing ideas in a group setting
• Interested in contributing to quality improvement initiatives
