Sean has 30 years’ experience working in the healthcare field both in the for profit and not-for-profit sectors. He has also worked at the former MH LHIN and CW LHIN as the Quality Improvement Specialist helping them to establish effective processes and programs in community care within the region. (BSO, Caregiver Recharge, Regional Learning Center, CW Community Wound Care Program)
He is a trained Improvement Facilitator through Health Quality Ontario and holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in Quality Improvement. He has also completed my Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on organizational change.
On a personal note, he lives in Acton with his wife, has two adult boys and one dog. He enjoys curling, hockey and golf. He also enjoys summer days riding his motorcycle.
