Family Caregiver & Client Advisory Panel (FCCAP)

The Family Caregiver & Client Advisory Panel (FCCAP) provides a voice to clients, families, and caregivers to improve care experiences. The panel advises PSL on service enhancements, client-centered care, and community engagement.

As a member, you will help by:

• Identifying opportunities to improve care and participate in quality initiatives.
• Advising PSL on meeting the needs of clients, families, and caregivers.
• Encouraging client engagement and advancing care services, including Supports for Daily Living and social programming.
• Promoting collaboration among clients, families, caregivers, and staff.
• Ensuring all voices are represented in healthcare decisions.
