Personal support services enable seniors to remain independently in their communities as long as possible to provide support to seniors without taking away their independence and dignity.
Home Making Services
Peel Senior Link provides light housekeeping, grocery shopping and laundry services based on the needs of the client.
Medication Management
The Medication Management program supports clients who are on multiple drug regimens or who have difficulty with medication compliance.
Care Coordination
Supervisors, Client Services are responsible for overall care coordination of Peel Senior Link clients as well as those that are referred to our supports for daily living program.
Supportive Housing
Supportive Housing is available in designated residential buildings (apartments or group homes) to people who require daily personal support and essential homemaking to live independently.
Seniors Active Living Centre
We offer a variety of activities and programs for our clients and older adult neighbourhoods at some of our service site locations throughout the Mississauga and Brampton area.
