Meal Delivery Services for Seniors in Peel Region
Supporting Healthy Aging with Nutritious Food Bank-to-Home Delivery
Through partnerships with local food banks, Peel Senior Link provides free grocery and meal deliveries to PSL clients in partner buildings and surrounding neighbourhoods throughout Mississauga and Brampton.
Deliveries are culturally conscious and tailored to support the nutritional needs of older adults, helping them maintain their health and independence while aging at home.
Since 2024, more than 26,000 meals have been delivered to over 160 seniors supported across Peel Region.
Eligibility
All Peel Senior Link clients are eligible for grocery or meal delivery through our food bank partnerships. If you are not a Peel Senior Link client, please reach out to our food bank partners directly to learn more about how you can enroll in their meal delivery programs.

Food Bank 2 Home Grocery Delivery Program
Our partnership with Food Banks Mississauga delivers customized grocery orders directly to the doors of homebound seniors who are unable to access food bank locations, bringing essential nourishment directly into their homes.
Meals for Seniors Hot Meal Delivery Program
Our partnership with Seva Food Bank provides seniors across Peel Region with nutritious, hot meals that help promote healthy living. The meals delivered are heart-healthy, high in fibre and low in sodium, and culturally conscious.
