Lorena Cabral brings over 20 years of regional health operations and systems experience in Ontario, Saskatchewan and Alberta, working collaboratively with internal and externa stakeholders across the healthcare continuum to provide integrated quality healthcare services for the communities served.
She been responsible for leading strategic initiatives and translating strategic vision into operational alignment and execution for diverse programs with portfolio responsibilities of over $250 million, over 700 staff, across 13 regional sites for diverse health services.
Lorena is a Certified Health Executive with the Canadian College of Health leaders, as well as, a member of American College of Health Executives, and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from York University with a major in Strategy.
Lorena has served as a member Governance Committee in Sudbury Regional, and NEON Executive CCHL committee, been guest Speaker at Ontario Hospital Association, presentation topic- Strategic Partnerships. She has volunteered her time to community Senior programs and local food bank programs.
