Mississauga (February 4, 2020) – Raymond Applebaum, CEO, Peel Senior Link presented to the 2020 Ontario Budget Consultation panel (see photo). Serving on the panel was the Honourable Rod Phillips, Minister of Finance, and Deepak Anand, Sharef Sabawy, Rudy Cuzzetto, Kaleed Rasheed, Natalia Kusendova, local M.P.P.’s. We highlighted the Economic and Quality Of Life Impact PSL’s program & services have on the residents of Peel Region, as an employer, community support provider, and health & human services system partner. We reiterated the four key recommendations of our provincial organization, Ontario Community Support Association, as they presented to the Standing Committee on Finance and Economic Affairs for the 2020 Pre-Budget Submission and Call to Action.
